VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Vehicle registration is mandatory for all operational vehicles. Valid and current registration promotes emissions controls, identification, reduces fraud and theft relating to vehicles, and generates revenues utilized for the improvement of roads and traffic infrastructure.

- New registration required annually and upon the change of title.
